1st off RJ is 14-0 at that point, not 17-0. Every guy he fought pretty much had double digit losses. You cant talk about how he did against Toney & Hopkins since he hadnt fought them yet and he was better by time he fought them.

Floyd is the far superior fighter in terms of skill & fundementals. He's far superior in there prime let alone a Floyd now vs a green RJ. RJ has always been smart but you cant find many or any smarter than Floyd.

RJ is a beast and an ATG but there is no way in hell that Im picking a green rookie over a proven ATG who has done it at 5 different weight classes and is at his peak mentally. Either way I cant see how this poll is a blowout for RJ.

Did you guys watch RJ fight back then? Did you see the guys he was fighting? Floyd would still be way way way more of a shock to his system then RJ is to Floyd's at that point of there careers.

You cant teach experince and Floyd has it and yuo still times it by 10 with his IQ. Not to mention RJ is a righty with no jab so its made for Floyd's defense. I cant see RJ landing clean much.

People keep talking about RJ's speed & so on but its not like Floyd is a turtle or anything. Floyd has fought super fast guys before but RJ at that point hadnt fought anyone with Floyd's speed even at this advanced age. This is not an easy fight for RJ at all

Speed, power, reflexes, size, length, reach, stamina would all go to Roy.

And even if you give Floyd defense, shoulder rolling fighters like Hatton, Baldomir, ODH, is not the same as rolling shots coming from a young fresh Roy.
ur clearly biased, floyd has a better defence than Roy, probably gets hit 5 times in the whole fight with a right hand, people forget roy was washed up at this stage in his career that floyds in so that points to floyd being the better athlete. He just had more competition. Technique , ha its not even funny how much Floyd's technique is better! Stamina? more stamina than Floyd? when have you seen him tired? when? thats even! I think roy scraps out a close decisions or Floyds is a step ahead of him the whole time and use's his lungs against him, Roy is Flawed

You're telling me Miguel Cotto can hit Floyd 4 times in a row with a jab, but RJ is going to hit Floyd 5 times in the entire fight?

people forget roy was washed up at this stage in his career that floyds in so that points to floyd being the better athlete.
It actually has nothing to do with being an athlete... P4P Floyds not a better athlete... at all.

Technique , ha its not even funny how much Floyd's technique is better!
They both have their own technique

Stamina? more stamina than Floyd? when have you seen him tired? when?
You're telling a 35yr old Floyd in his 5th weight class has better stamina than 21 yr old Roy.... ok.

Maybe Im biased, but you sound ignorant.

what kind of weapons and armor are you going to give mayweather jr?

in all seriousness, roy would have been very young and an unfinished product at 154, but he's still got insurmountable advantages that floyd could not overcome.

I just cant see RJ easily beating Floyd after fighting all tomatoe cans. People are so underestimating Floyd's chances in this fight. You cant go from fighting all bums into the best fighter int he world and act like its nothing. This fight wouldve been hell for RJ. I mean just look at some of these fights. These guys are nothing comparted to Floyd
