Over the span of a career, May. In prime, Toney.

^^^ Floyd for this reason. Floyd fights different every fight. JMM it was the pull counter he was using. Cotto he was using a looping right hand (which hes never used) and uppercuts (which he rarely used). Ortiz it was the shoulder roll when everyone was saying it doesnt work against southpaws, floyd showed it did. With mosley it was the high guard for the rest of the fight (which he never really used before) after getting tagged early. Every fight he comes up with something different that is best suited for his opponent, often during the fight as it progresses.

Not that toney isnt impressive both in his prime and with his weight jumping. His frame did allow him to put back on that weight and compete successfully at heavy. But his style is the same every fight.

Floyd's ability to adjust will allow him to compete in any era with any boxer ever. You only get that ability by knowing every facet of boxing in and out.

good answer i agree 100% dont get me wrong toney is my boy. he used to put in work at the ball's when i was a trainer there. him and oba carr and baby jones. the win over McCallum was one where he was the under dog and nobody gave him a chance but he won. and his fight with sam peter forced peter to become a better boxer in the re-match. but for me, floyd is a once in a decade fighter. his taylor made game plan for each fight is always on point. ofense/defense is superb great reflexes great foot work. its tough to find a more complete package than floyd. but the best pinoy fighter is not that far off IMO of course im talking about nonito donaire he is the best ever pinoy fighter.

Floyds clearly the better boxer... Not necessarily the better fighter.

Depends, Tony was special in his day. Truly outrageous with some of the things he did when he had the work ethic of Jabba the hut.
