I see that even to this day froch is still underrated, personally I think Froch would manhandel the aging Hopkins dawson fought.

Froch may be more will then skill but that will crushed abraham, gave Ward the toughest fight og his life and demolished a prime undefeated champion in Bute in under 5 rounds.

It would stylistically probably make for a boring fight, but to be honest i'd be really interested in seeing how it would play out. Froch is nothing like Pavlik, but he's no Dawson either.

It would be good to see Dawson win, especially since he's letting Ward have all the advantages. I can't imagine he'll receive fair officiating in Oakland, though.

If he can overcome the disadvantages and beat Ward, Chad would be a very good choice for the fighter of the year.

Pavlik fights the same way all the way through the fight and seem only to have one gear, effectiv with boxers that aren`t thinkers but its farily easy to figure him out for clever boxers.

Froch is stationary when he is not on the attack but slick in a very unusual way, but he can also mix it up and box you like he showed in the abraham fight and pascal fight.
His biggest strenght is his explosivness and the ferousity in wich he unleashes it.
If he is stronger then you he will manhandel you like he did abraham,dirrel,bute.

Hopkins at this point is to fragil and froch would get to him and hurt him.

Havever I dont see him beating Dawson, unless dawson fights passivly like he did in the pascal fight and froch goes berserk and explodes on him like he did in the bute fight, the I think he has a shot
