true.BUT,beating Hopkins is better than beating Froch.AND Dawson would have won 2 lineal titles in 2 seperate divisions.......Dawson beating Ward who is undefeated and at his right weight would be more impressive than Ward beating Dawson who is coming down in weight........

Well, Ward HAS fought and beat just about every top 10 in his division tho. Not his fault Hopkins wasn't in it. If Ward does beat Dawson he might not be beating an undefeated fighter but he will be beating the RING champ at 175 who beat Hopkins. All of this is if Dawson doesn't struggle with the weight.

Yes as of now Ward beats Hopkins

Even with their CURRENT resume I believe both Ward and Dawson belong above Donaire on the P4P list. So I think BOTH guys (whoever wins) have a strong case for top 5 P4P after their fight.

My bad I was referring more to the top 5 P4P aspect of the question. I seriously missed the FOTY part on the title.
