This is a mismatch but Chads name makes it marketable and Ward shall approach this seriously as he always does. Ward is the real pro here in talant as well as mental capacity.

At 168 Chad will be about as bad as bad can actually be.
He lacks the advanced skills that Ward devloped as an Olympic Champ and Dawsons showings have never met the 'complete package' standard.
Andre is indeed a complete prize fighter.

Not exactly comparing appels and appels here

Oscar weighted 142 for the pac fight and normaly at 154, have been on the decline for a long time and was 35.
Dawson used to fight at super middel never blows up between fights and is still young+ the gab between super middel and light heavy is only 7 punds.
        Big difference

On top of that he have repeatedly stated the weight is not a problem

          Chad fan

I've been a chad dawson fan for years and I think he has a real chance of winning. He's fast, strong and humble. He also caries the experience of facing Bernard hop twice,a hall of famer for sure and the most difficult guy in boxing history. C'mon Chad, this win will put you in the millions market. You deserve it. nitramzaid@hotmail.com

I think we're going to see an epic performance from Ward.

Very possible. But yeah, I keep thinking about this fight and...Chad Dawson is one of the best fighters in the world. He can box like nobody's business using his legs or standing flat-footed. A solid jab, sweet combinations and underrated pop. One hell of a resume. And yet...when I think of the match-up I see Ward putting on a serious clinic, like Jones-Toney. IDK, we'll see.

I couldn't agree with you anymore. This is a huge test for each man respectively. I'm curious to see how Ward takes the hits from Dawson. IMO if Martinez beats Chavez and Ward beats Dawson I don't know how anyone could not have these guys fighting for the #1 and #2 spots P4P.

Then again Martinez vs Ward between 160 and 168 and we have a new super fight for the die hard fans..... You think thats too far fetched? I can see it happening if Martinez doesn't get the Mayweather fight. Of course this scenario has A LOT of ifs......
