Indeed. Not at all dis*****g that. Just saying it's an exaggeration to say half the tickets (about one-third) and twice the gate (about 10 percent higher gate).

Tell you this, though — one card was better for building a market for future fights, and that was the one that had cheaper ticket prices and only 300 comps.

Low ticket prices are good for the fans. Cheap ticket prices now means more people in attendance, which will lead to a good fan base that will grow with the fighter. Once Broner becomes a true headliner those prices will go up but he will have established a good fan base by then.

if thats the case, lol, the tickets shouldve been sold at 20 dollars, he still wouldve not drawn just like in this fight
