    Evander can't win, even if he actually deserved a title shot. When was the last time Holyfield actually even beat a top 10 or 20 guy? He needs to retire, but of coarse he won't, he is going to end up in a wheelchair.

      * against James Toney

      both of whom would be beaten into dreamland by the Klitschkos.

      Fields' fame stems from a time when ex-Soviets were forbidden to compete professionally. Fields would have been beaten by the Klitschkos whether in his prime or not.
      You know what the best Soviet fighters were doing when they were "forbidden" to compete professionally? Oh yeah! They were getting KTFO by AMERICANS in the Olympics :hahahaha9:

        Holyfield > Rahman > Lennox > Klitschko
        Holyfield > Nielsen > Ross Purrity > Klitschko
        Holyfield > Rahman > Sanders > Klitschko

          Exactly. He knows he can't win. He's just looking for one more pay day.

              I'm not sure what the poster who you were quoting, point was. But come on. Sure, Vitali has a L on his record from Chris Byrd.......but don't kid yourself.....he didn't "lose" crap. Only an injury could of and did stop Vitali from further kicking Byrd's ass.

                In Klitschko land quitting doesn't mean you lost and rematches aren't needed unless the name is Lewis. Tomato can are acceptable and faces hanging off are really just a scratch. There are also gum drop hills and a lollipop forest in Klitschko land.

                  How did he get that injury? Defense is part of boxing. It was Byrd's defense in which caused the injury. Vittles was have problems with Byrd nearly the entire time. I had Vits winning all but 2 round, but they were all close. Vitaly should have sought a rematch.
