Of course fighters fight for money I'm not saying otherwise but that is completely irrelevant to this debate damn you are dense.
You make yourself look dence writing crap like this. Better yet ******.
How can anybody take you seriously when all you do is post trash.

You should never post about boxing.
Saying Pryor has a better resume than Floyd tells me all that I need to know.

You don't know **** about boxing.(roger mayweather voice)
Just another hater acting like some boxing historian.

My lesson for today is......don't debate with dumb ass posters.

To be fair, he has an argument for being the best WW ever and the best MW ever

But I see your point and you're right.

        • to be the best you have to beat the best.

to be fair, mayweather has fought most of the best fighters out there.

however, he hasnt fought pacquiao, and even if he does now its too late.

he fought cotto eventually, but would have been better if they fought when they were supposed to, mayweather hatton winner vs mosley cotto winner would have been better. but he "retired"

he also reportedly turned down 8 million dollars to fight margarito.

but if you put any welterweight in the ring with mayweather from any era, mayweather stands a good chance against anybody.

"self preservation" Child please. It came straight from your god's mouth, so twist it any which way you want, (which you will).

            • Floyd Money Mayweather will beat the living dog crap outta you, timbo.
In the ring or in the casino. Your choice.

So, lmao Floyd is undefeated, and you're talking about him. Just about every weight class, old and new has two or 3 best ever at that weight. Floyd is ranked #1, 2, or 3 at 130.

You tried to close the door on Floyds ranking with this post, and when fans posted the obvious, your scheme fell apart. Now you're resorting to fan boy comments that try to dissuade the situation, lmao.

This is one of the most nonbiased posts I've seen from a guy who's not even a Floyd fan. I agree and disagree. Personally I don't think beating Margarito would have added to Floyd's legacy. Margarito has been beat by so many guys who are not as talented as Floyd so Floyd beating him wouldn't have done anything for him. I too wish the Pacquiao fight happened earlier but whenever the fight DOES in fact happen people can't use Pacquiao's age as an excuse since Floyd is even older than Pac.

Quoted for the truth. This is all I wanted to hear. Someone that's keeping it real about Floyd's legacy. I might have come on a little strong, but man you hit the nail on the head.

Any real boxing fan knows, ring wise, Pac is considered much much older than Floyd. C'mon man.
