I agree on this man. He would be a very small MW, but still just take him on the full limit and Cotto can weigh in at 155-158. He can still beat Njikam without the CW, size doesn't beat out skill and Cotto has 10X the skill Njikam will ever have.

Lol he would be pretty small at that weight, but I hold Cotto to that standard cause' he's one of my two favorite active fighters and besides it ain't like he's goin' after Martinez' belt.

Canelo vs Cotto makes sense. If he beats Cotto, then he would THEN deserve a shot at Floyd. Right now what the **** will it matter if he beats Lopez? Mayweather dominated Ortiz. And Lopez broke Ortiz's jaw. That doesn't tell us much.

Even if Canelo has a shot to beat Mayweather, beating Cotto would remove ALL doubt that he deserves a shot at Mayweather. And that would be a bigger money making event probably than Mayweather vs Pacquiao. Especially if he beats Cotto.

I wouldnt really respect Pacquiao unless he fights Cotto at 154, or dominates Bradley in their rematch. Pacquiao definitely won the fight but it wasn't pretty. And for someone who is known for having so much punching power, he couldn't knock Bradley out.

Cotto is way too small for 160, Oscar De La Hoya looked terrible at 160, Cotto will be the same. Cotto hasn't done much at 154 and he was his best at 140-147, no way should he fight over 154. Canelo will be too big for Cotto, not a good match-up for Cotto at the end of his career.
