What's Worse: Pacquiao draining Cotto by 2 lbs, Or Ward draining Dawson by 7 lbs?

Pac made the belt lose weight.

2 different things and you know it.
He's got nothing on Mundine. The Man won belts in 3 divisions going down, never done before. And dominated cruiser champ Danny Green, so if you wanna give him 5, I won't stop you.

7 lbs is more than 2 lbs, right?

As has been said, Dawson willingly moved down to 168, he didn't have his arm twisted.
The Cotto catchweight was ****** and says something that Manny could fight Oscar (who hadn't been that low in forever) at the full 147 limit, but Cotto (who HAD been fighting there) was somehow too comfortable and needed a little less.

You resort to insults because your argument lacks merit.

Manny wanted the belts. It's incumbent upon him to fight at the weight attached to those belts.

It's my understanding that Dawson wants the belts.

Like the man that he is, he makes no attempt to impose upon the current owner of said belts.

He just sets his mind to earning them.

Doesn't Ward deserve the same, or worse criticism for draining Dawson down by 7 lbs to 168lbs when his usual fighting weight is 175lbs.. I mean it's more than triple the amount of weight that Cotto had to drain.. Surely there should be more outrage at Ward for this?
168 is a weight class so there is no draining. 145 isn't Cotto was the champion and had to meet him at a catch weight, but Clottey no?

Pac had already earned belts in record tying 6 divisions without asking for cws. You think it's no big deal? Ward just passed up an opportunity to make the Dawson fight much resume enhancing by moving up and going for his second belt. Sergio's been fighting Barker and Macklin despite interest from all big name smw. What's preventing these guys from making these more meaningful fights one division up?

Really? So if Pac managed to drag Cotto to 140, there'd be no draining, unlike 145? So what's Cotto's problem with dropping down to 147 for Pac, no drain, right?

Oscar was just 3lbs above in his previous fight, Pac 12 below. That kinda made it a sideshow, not a legit welter matchup. Hence Pac dropping down to 140.
