Khan will be matched up with a boxer who has a soft punch, not someone who is a pressure fighter with good stamina. They will find a European guy with a good record with a short reach who Khan can outbox all night....in England.

People are actually still under the impression Maidana is this animal huh?
After 30 odd fights it still hasn't sunk in he is one of the most limited boxers in boxing history? Seriously that guy makes Brandon Rios look like the second coming of Roberto Duran.

You must really want to see Amir Khan retired for good? If Brandon lands on that glass chin it's all over

Hopefully, for Kahn's sake. If goldenboy put's him in with a fighter that has punching power he's gonna get KO'd again. Cheterson, Garcia, and Prescot laid out a beautiful blueprint on how to beat Kahn and now every power puncher has taken notice.

I'd love to see Khan just move up to 147 and fight the Guerrer-Aydin winner.

I would like to see him take on Victor Ortiz because both of those guys are in similar situations. Khan needs to get a new trainer first, though. That's his biggest problem and it needs to be addressed before his return. Otherwise he will just keep losing. People have him and his style figured out. He's very predictable and needs to learn how to box smart.

Who do you guys reckon it'll be?

Looking through the Ring JWW rankings, he's already traversed most of the powder puff punchers, and if he wants to live up to his 'fight anyone, anywhere' reputation, he can't really choose someone outside the top 10, because we'll take a **** on it.

Out of all the dumb moves they've made during Khan's career (no rematch clause in Peterson fight, taking on Prescott against the wishes of his then promoter Fwank etc), the biggest would be going up to 147. You would have to be a new level of idiot to move up after getting wiped out.

What's the safest fight for him out there that has enough relevance for the casual fan?

Prescott would sell, but it's dangerous.

Bradley-Khan at 140? Has Bradley moved to 147 for good?
