It is for someone who can beat a Kotelnik (decent fighter at best) and then get his ass handed to him by Garcia. And Peterson. And Prescott. He's the very definition of mediocre.

I'm a Khan fan and he has won a few top-flight fights: Kotelnik, Judah, Maidana, Malignaggi.

So he does have it in him.

But the fella seems to be getting rocked and hurt in every fight at the moment barring the McCloskey debacle. He maybe does need to step down a level for a few fights and see if he can iron out a few things. If not his career is shortening with each fight he takes.

I think the reason he is being hurt all the time is becuase he has finally stepped up to the top dog who can ****. When he navigated his way up against soft punchers he looked great. The minute he stepped up he looked like a KO waiting to happen.

HBO has made so many excuses for him. If AMir were smart, he'd angle to fight Manny. He'd be forced to fight smart just to avoid getting killed.

He can win by boxing against non-punching boxers. But he'll always struggle against pressure fighters and his footwork gets sloppier and sloppier as fights progress.
