How is Pac still ranked P4P #1 on BS?

The non biased fans have had some very good posts here. Cliff's reasoning clearly demonstrates a double standard for Pacquiao. He loses to Marquez but it doesn't matter because he officially won that fight. He then goes on to officially lose to Bradley but that doesn't matter either because he won in the court of public opinion?

The same standard should be held for the Marquez fight as it was held for the Bradley fight. Floyd just beat two champions while Pacquiao has struggled with guys who fight below his weight class. Yet somehow Pac is p4p number one?

Pacquiao beat Marquez (on the record at least) so he remains P4P #1, yet they move Marquez up (why? a close fight makes you move up on the rankings?)

So winning or losing doesn't matter, he's going to stay #1 because of these double standards.
Now I see some people justifying Pac by saying that "Marquez vs Pac III was close, but Pac vs Bradley was a clear victory for Pac!", well I tell you that at least for me Pac vs Marquez III was not close, it was a clear victory for Marquez but you guys are not going to care because all you care about is defending your idol Pacquiao whatever it takes.

You wanna talk facts??fact is most ringsiders had Jmm a 38 year old lightweight winning the 3 rd fight..manny offically won yet jmm was raised in the rankings and Manny was unmoved......Fact most had Manny beating Bradley but Bradley offically won and Bradley was not raised in the rankings and Manny was not moved.......do you not see biase here?

Nonsense, it was closer to 75% of the boxing public that had Marquez winning in the 3rd fight. You heard the boos in the audience, you saw the panic in the corner, you also saw the water bottles being thrown at ring when Pac was announced the winner.

And about 80% of the public had Pacquiao beating Bradley. But the point is Pacquiao can go out there and win or lose and people will find warped reasons to still think he is the best fighter in the world.

That makes no sense. I only recently checked boxingscenes rankings and to my surprise Pac is STILL number one. But how is that so if he arguably lost to a past prime light weight not even a year ago? Their reasoning is also incredibly warped, they say the Bradley fight should be seen as a win, which I agree with, but they also say the Marquez fight should be seen as a win, which I and most people disagree with.

The fact of the matter is Pacquiao has come off two lackluster performances, has lost his title, and hasn't beat a ranked champion in his weight class in several years. So he can not be number 1 p4p. I think Sergio Martinez has a better argument for number one slot at this point than Pac. But for me the number one spot still belongs to Floyd.

Some subsidiary of a subsidiary of some holding corp in which he holds majority ownership through his third cousin's stepmom probably owns the joint...
