There is no wondering here. Holyfield by late KO.
I did say I could also make a case for Holyfield

Holyfield did do comparable to Haye against Valuev.

However, Haye BEAT Valuev and Holyfield LOST. Honestly Valuev is not a good opponent to gauge that from anyway. He is so big that the only way for those 3 much smaller opponents to beat him, Haye, Chagaev and Holyfield, was to play cat and mouse.

As for your last statement, that was completely false, there is great uncertainty in this match up. I can see Holyfield weathering the Haye storm and breaking Haye down late. I can also see Haye never really getting that hurt by Holyfield, avoiding most of the damage and really getting him good too. The Lennox fight suggests Haye might be in trouble. The Bowe, Foreman and Moorer fights suggest that Holyfield might be. It's very even.

Both guys are champions, the best the CW division has ever produced.

Haye has so many advantages...like single shot right hand power.

All these weapons over Holyfield.....like single shot right hand power.

So many ways he can beat Holyfield....like stopping him with a right hand.

Haye has the following several advantages over Holyfield.

Length, only a slight advantage, nothing major.

SPEED- MAJOR advantage. David Haye is one of the fastest HW boxers of all time.

REFLEXES- Holyfield was a bit of a punch bag at times, he got hit often. He did have a very good solid chin though and a heart of iron with it which made him a very tough one to beat. But Haye barely ever gets hit, he is so slick he can slip punches like they are in slow motion.

POWER- And yes, he has his power, particularly right hand power LOL

lol @ anyone using Valuev in their triangle theories. In either direction.

I think Haye would put "roid deal" on his butt in a few rounds personally.

youre kidding right? one punch power is the only thing haye would have over holyfield. holyfield had the much better chin,,workrate,,,combination punching and stamina. how anyone could pick haye is beyond me. a prime holyfield would have had haye gasping by the 7th round

Not only is the content of what you wrote not really true,

But you attacked the only guy here so far that fully agreed with you and was obviously being sarcastic.

                  I can't believe the responses.

Evander Holyfield is one of the greatest fighters of all time. He is better than Haye in every category, and his mettle has been tested against more top fighters than anyone in recent memory. The thought that Haye is better than him is ludicrous, a 49 year old Holyfield did just as well against Valuev as Haye did but was robbed, Haye then leverage a belt that should have been old man Evanders into a Wlad fight.

Holyfield would have broken him down, prime for prime it isn't even a question. Power, technique, great chin, a sheer will to win like few others in history. He was truly something special, it is sad the sideshow freak people see him as now because he tries to continue on.
