Not sure that Tyson didn't fight anyone to prove he'd beat Holyfield.Tyson beat people before the fight started and that wasn't happening with Holyfield he had to much heart for his own good.

At that point in their careers, Holyfield was a CW trying to come up in weight.

The Real Deal would be all over Haye like a cheap suit and Haye has nothing to discourage him.

If Haye fights, Evander stops him in 3.

If Haye runs, he lasts a little longer. Maybe 5.

Apologies to the TS but Holyfield would batter Haye. Holyfield could take a ****ing shot. And he gave as good as he got. Good jab, unbelievable footwork, crisp, punishing combinations and was a well-schooled, experienced technician who could fight any kind of fight. Holyfield would be all over Haye like the guy above me said and would slowly break him down en route to a ninth round TKO.

Don't forget how underrated he was on the inside.

That's the biggest problem I see for Haye. On the inside, where Haye is useless, Holyfield would go to work.

Haye could barely beat valuev. An 80 year Holyfield did better versus Valuev than Haye did.

Speaks to the quality of Haye as a HW.

Yeah, prime Holyfield couldn't beat the Cus D'Amato Tyson, who had the whopping experience of about 10 pro fights when Cus died.

Holyfield would stop haye in 7 or less rounds... Holyfield 91 was a beast and levels above haye

I was ahuge holyfield fan , but he would have trouble with haye. Holyfield had trouble with big guys who could jab well. Hye could jab well, but he gets drawn into fire fights too much and holy would walk through him and wear him down.

Holyfield for the obvious reasons his toes are stronger. Mix that with manny's lucky socks and he stops him under ten.
