random question, do people getting killed by soldiers/*********s not count in the murder rate?
Cos to me if there's bombs being dropped and soldiers shooting in the streets thats a tad more dangerous than being killed for a mobile phone walking down the wrong street.
Murder rate figures probably arent the best judge of how safe a country is
Utah is an amazing state, it's beautiful. I just don't know if I could deal with the kind of people who live there. If you've been to Utah, you know what I mean.
Spill the beans son. What are the people in Utah like? More importantly, the women?
One of my friends from High School went to Utah on a football scholarship, so I went out to visit him. Of course, this was back in the late 90's, so it might be different now. Just real rude people is what I saw, not friendly, and not New York City, like religous and not out going rude. I was walking around with some friends from my high school and we were about 5 people deep, nothing much. You would have thought we were some crip gang members walking around town to rob everyone or some s**t. Just not very welcoming people to say the least. It could be different now, the only places I've been in Utah since are the monuments and parks like Arches, Canyonlands, etc.
And this is Salt Lake City, their big city. The women at Utah University were fine though, no complains about them at all. Just the everyday people who live there.

Chihuahua in Mexico murder rate is 111, I take it they have a lot of cartels there.
But none of these place can match up to places afflicted by war, civil war.
In Syria 100s, are getting killed every day.
Over a million died in Iraq over the last 10 year, 4% of the population.
The Khmer Rouge murdered around 2.5 million Cambodians around 33% of the population.
