I'm pretty sure the murder rate in the UK per 100,000 people is 1. That's good, I think it has more to do with the whole carrying guns thing. Well that's why you have to ake into account what countries you are comapring. USA to Mexico is a crazy comparison, as the USA is a far more first rate country than Mexico. I'm pretty sure the country with the highest murder rate is like Venezuela or something. This is a good example. The United States murder and crime is very high for being a first rate country, one of the highest. But you can't compare it to other countries like Pakistan, India, Mexico, Irag, or any other countries that aren't considered first rate countries.
