I thought Molina won but it was close .. U mention Molina as if he were a bum .. Molina might be the most underrated fighter there is in the game ... Lara is a legit good fighter .. He ****d Paul Williams ( god bless him) and got robbed horribly .. Canelo would have a real tough time with him .. It's a pickem to me

first of all, Canelo is not a skilled as Molina nor can he apply the pressure of a Molina nor can he fight inside as good as Molina...Molina style would be a Nightmare for Canelo, why do you think he is not being considered for Canelo either

but that is fine...eventually he is going to have to get past these top fighters in his Division, HBO, GBP they can hype up Canelo all they want but eventually he is going to have to fight TOP FIGHTERS, the true boxing fans will want to see him against TOP FIGHTER like Trout, Lara and others...REGARDLESS of their damn style and some considering them boring to be considered the "BEST" eventually your going to have to BEAT THE BEST regardless of how much fans and networks and promotions try to hype, to become that big draw you gotta have that match in which people doubt you going in that match and you find a way to win that match...Chavez Jr if he really fights Martinez, he has a great opportunity to make himself a legit

fooling the casual fans and winning them over...that is the easy part...it is getting the approval of the Hardcore fans that is extremely hard to do

Lara would put on a clinic IMO. Get this fight, Lara deserves a title shot more than anyone available.

Molina is more deserving than Lara, but that's just my opinion.

Molina didn't "****" anyone (as the other poster suggested), but I did give Carlos the slight edge in his fight with Lara. Erislandy absolutely owned P. Will in their encounter. I think Alvarez-Lara would make a very exciting fight. It would probably be closer than some here care to admit, but I would pick Erislandy to win.

Canelo is my dude. and i would've liked to see a Williams, Kirkland, or Ortiz fight before a Lara fight even though it might not be the popular opinion.

However, if Canelo goes off to fight someone like Austin Trout, or really anybody not named Cotto instead of Lara, it's gonna be painfully obvious that GBP isn't trying to match them up. im not sure if it would be a "duck" on Canelo's part, but it would definitely be a duck.

No1 is gonna make a valid case for an Austin Trout bringing in more sales than Erislandy Lara.

I would love to see this fight. I wish lara had a bigger cuban fan base.
