Contrary to what a lot of people think, this is great for boxing. They need a baseball like scandal to get the sport going in the proper direction. Sort of a "destroy and rebuild" type of situation.
So we gotta fall hard in order to restore integrity and come back the way MLB has. This sport is too brutal to have all these cheats being involvedComment

Thing is, baseball was exciting as hell when they were all on drugs.

Not to the baseball purist. I, myself, love a great pitching duel. I don't mind a 4-3, 3-1 type game. A dominant pitching outing, to me, is more impressive than a 190 lb OF hitting a 450 ft bomb.

I don't think it would be that expensive. Far from it. The point is that there'd be a deterrend. They don't have to make thousands of tests at expensive labs. Much fewer would do.
So it's not an olympic style testing scheme in the floydian sense I want.
A small fraction of the organizations sanctioning fees could finance my suggestion.Comment

I hear you. I just have always been for the legalization of drugs so we could level the playing field.Comment

A possibly good thing for the sport, possibly fighters will now follow in Mayweather/Donaire steps.
It is unfortunate, but shows that fighters of Tavers Level/Status are not able to always get around these things!
More Testing Is Needed, if they are Warriors; Needles shouldn't Frighten them.Comment
