These news are somewhat depressing. Of course I, and many others, always thought that most top fighters was on some PED's, but it's still very sad to see this ****. Boxing is heading downward fast if something drastic isn't done soon.
What I'd like to see is that boxings so-called governing bodies manned up and stated that in order to get a top 10 ranking in their repective organization, the fighters must sign a contract subjecting them to year-round random testing and force the fighters to fill out a whereabout scheme. It's the only way I can see this change for the better.

that would literally cost millions if they want to do it right.
these drug testing programs are very expensive. most boxers dont generate the kind of cash to absorb an expense like that and continue to make money
