Pac and Cotto both need to step on the gas. Pac needs his killer instinct back, and Cotto need to improve his defense (uppercuts especially) and stamina. Get him training at higher elevations.

Some say this is overblown, but he needs every bit of improvement he can get. He's going after all the big dogs.

Cotto is my dude, but I give him a better chance against Pac and May than I do against Chavez, that is a career killer. He's just too damn big

They'd definatly have to have a fight night wiegh in, cuz Jr. would rehdrate big time. Little Cotto even with the better skillset, would be overwhelmed by size and weight alone.

They need to stick to his weight class. No more dam catchweights.

Yeah there's a chance he would be outweighed by 15-20 pounds going into the fight.

A lot of people are sold on Chavez Jr. I don't know what performance was that impressed them. Maybe his destruction of Manfredo Jr, or his step up fight against the dangerous Marco Antonio Rubio? Oh wait, it was his overrated win against Sebastian Zbik.

As, possibly the worst Cotto critique on this site, IMO Cotto crushes the no power having Chavez Jr in half.

Manny will NOT go near Cotto at 154 , Manny will NOT in a million years fight Cotto without draining him .

I'm just saying Chavez isn't that bad, and he'd probably be like 20 lbs bigger than Cotto on fight night.

I hope Cotto stands his ground and doesn't agree to the 148 CW either.

I believe Cotto beats pacquiao by fighting outside all night long. Loses to Maywheather in a closer fight. Chavez JR. Is a ?, he's not great but he's too big.
