People didn't demand these fights. Posters like you ACT like there was this huge demand. Fact is soon as floyd left TR for greener pastures, all the dcuk talk started because floyd did his own thing. There is no credibility in that.

Tszyu never answered Floyds many challenges
Mosley ducked Floyd with a teeth problems
Cotto said himself that he didn't push for a Mayweather fight back then
Margarito is too slow please take him off the list lol

I bet you that 90% of pacfans really didn't know that Mayweather used to be with Arum.

It's common knowledge. I don't even have to argue it because if you're a real boxing fan you already know this.

tell people to list floyds best wins, and majority top two will be the fighters he faced while with top rank(castillo, corrales)

Thats the point Puga. Floyd wasn't in the drivers seat. All the guys that you say he SHOULD have fought, WOULDN"T fight him. Now we use revisionist history to criticize floyd.

SO Prime Cotto and Shane, both bigger than floyd at the time (weight and drawing power), decided not to fight him. Prime ODH waited until he was about to retire.

ANy of these guys, Kosta included, were the bigger draws back then. Floyd couldn't make them fight.

Floyd will never be a top 50 ATG, because of the fights he's taken, and the fights he's sold himself out of. That's just a fact.

Once he retires all he has is his potential greatness, but he never really proved as much as he could have, because the best fight the best.

It's not, "the best fight good fighters and then have their fans argue that they were just as good as the best."

The only way he'll be remembered is the guy who could have been the best but never really proved it. Regardless of what his fans say, this is how it's going to go down.

he doesnt belong with the Haglers, Durans, Hearns, lennox lewises and Hopkins etc.

True, but you can't make people fight you if you do not draw big.

This is what guys like you wont ever admit. From his debut up until the ODH fight, floyd was a great fighter with a small fanbase. He drew some but not a lot. SO in order for him to fight these prime HOF'ers, they would have to agree. They didn't.

Yet its a mark against floyd!
