He beat everyone, Floyd don't duck nobody. If he didn't fight someone u think he should of then that person just didn't deserve it or they was the one duckin Floyd
STOP HATIN
Prime Vivian Harris, 2008 Antonio Margarito, Acelino Freitas, prime Joel Casamayor. These names added to his resume would have made Floyd a top 10 ATG.
mastermind, what about the miguel cotto, who had just had zab judah for lunch, around the time that floyd mayweather jr., beat oscar de la hoya...my point is, mastermind, there will always be some excuse, for not making a fight...but in the case of floyd mayweather jr., there is a considerable list of fighters who floyd mayweather jr., could have fought, that would have been more career defining...
In 2007, Cotto fought a Zab Judah that was coming off two losses, followed by a Shane Mosley who was underdog.
In 2007, Mayweather fought De La Hoya who was a better fighter than Zab Judah, and definitely a most dangerous fight at 154. Followed by an undefeated Ricky Hatton. Floyd also won FOTY in 2007. Mayweather also won both of his fights without a scratch, while Cotto looked like he was in a war against a Judah coming off 2 losses and 400+ day lay off, followed by a fight against Shane Mosley that looked more like a Draw.
Also, at 154, in 2007, I would have had De La Hoya eating Cotto for lunch.

djtmal, he fought Hatton, who called him out remember, and then took the break.
He eventually fought Cotto and beat him at a weight Cotto is most comfortable at. Do you hold it against Leonard for fighting Haglar when he was past his prime after Haglar called him out for years?
and who is to say Floyd wasnt being avoided? Floyd wanted to fight Shane Mosley in the early 2000s but Mosley moved up to welterweight with an eye on the DLH fights.
