They have used about 10 different excuses in the last 6 months alone. The bottom line is that Manny "I let other people make my decisions for me" Pacquiao will continue to be used exclusively in fights against Top Rank fighters who he can easily beat. His decision makers know what would happen if he stepped into the ring with Money Mayweather which is why they have been desperately avoiding the fight for the last 3 years, and after his last performance against Marquez, I am more than sure that the blatant avoidance will continue. They know he can't beat Floyd.

Mind you sir, if it was clear then it would have been a UD. But even the SPLIT DECISION was still partial so close. Stats goes to Pac while style points go to JMM.
