If Pavlik was in shape and the right frame of mind it could be a fun fight..one id like to see. I think Pavlik would have to earn the fight first though with another couple of wins.

Id back Froch to win via late stoppage.

And barely beating a bum is similar to losing to great SMW's kessler (by a close margin) and ward?? lol

Problem for kelly is froch has a granite chin!!

Pavlik is a train wreck these days! I'l still watch though...
You mean like the manipulated highlights that you showed? That was my point. And again strange how the highlights of Pavlik doing well against Martinez vanished, I wonder why? And by the way Pavlik was coming off a long layoff while having all kinds of personnel problems and he easily won the Lopez fight. Two judges gave Lopez 3 total rounds and I personally never pay attention to how Byrd scores a fight. As for the Direll fight, I have been watching boxing for a long time and it was a pretty bad decision and fits the definition of home town decision. And I honestly cannot stand Dirrell and would never give him the benefit of doubt. However, I can see and he clearly won the fight in ever way except on the hometown scorecards.

Pavlik Froch is a good match up man I would like to see that .Not as if Froch is slick like Hopkins or a tricky southpaw like Sergio .I like the 2 styles man it would be aa war both would come to fight and knock each other out .On record (boxrec) it looks well decent

What has Pavlik achieved in the SMW division to deserve a shot at Froch?

Money talks though so it could be worth Froch's time to destroy the guy. But I doubt Froch would consider him a worthy opponent, he doesn't fight bums.

Pavlik was a solid MW once but that was then and this is now. He wouldn't stand a chance against Froch. I'd rather see him against Abraham, that would show what he's got left.

So, in your opinion, Bradley should not be fighting the Pacman, right?

Sounds like Kelly has been hitting the bottle again.

I don't really see the point. If Froch wins he beats a shot alcoholic and gets no credit like the Bute win but if he loses, he losses to a has-been Pavlik and everyone will say he was a bum all along.

He should fight Kessler next imo.

Pavlik is beyond one dimensional, no lateral movement. Everything behind a jab and can't even get his right hand off if you move side to side.

There was so much hype behind Pavlik before his fought Hopkins, Pavlik would get beaten by both Bute and Froch.
