    I just realized something, the tricep is a bigger muscle and it actually pushes rather then the bicep that pulls. Boxers need to do skullcrushers!!!

          Absolutely the tricep as well...ANY muscle on ur arms, will do..But that bicep is a big jiggly muscle! Dont even listen to me, just try it! work on it and u will crack people, simple math!
