if you watch that interview freddie did to the build up of the peterson fight he said just that, no more bouncing around and wasting movement, more flat footed and sitting down on his shots.

Ruben is a great S&C coach he's gonna have khan in top shape.

My only question is he's also the S&C for haye. There both fighting July 14th but thousands of miles apart so who is Ruben gonna be with?

This he needs to slow his game down and pick his punches better.

i think it's ****** you risk a back injury and an end to your boxing carrer. I think it's better to throw Kettle balls like your punching and build up the calfs to increase power.

Khan is so quick, but I can see Garcia focusing on the inside and working his body to slow him down and frustrate him. When Khan gets frustrated, he pushes, hopefully he has learnt his lesson and will keep that under control. I also think Danny won't let him back up, he is going to follow him around the ring. This is going to be a really good fight, but I think it will go to decision, I don't see either fighter winning by KO.

Not to mention he isn't wearing a belt. Wouldnt be surprised if he snaps all his **** up and this fight gets cancelled too.

you can develop power but its hard to teach someone how to deliver that punch with the new power. Most non power puncher dont know how to throw and sncyronize their pivot with their hips and shoulder and release the punch at the right time to maxime that power to be able to be felt on the end of the punch. He just building overall strangth (which is what deallifting is for) just prepare for 147.

                      Seriously?!.

I'm not a huge fan of lifting for Boxers, (as long as it's kept to a minimum)

But deadlifts is a compound lifting exercise that works the hams, quads and torso, I don't see how deadlifts wouldn't benefit in increasing power
