The heavyweight scene is in bad shape, Fury and Price are being talked about as potential Klitschko challengers within the next year, neither of them are ready, both would be brutally knocked out. A fully fit Chisora would beat them both IMO.

Yh I've always felt Wladimir is the more athletic, balanced & technical of the two but Vitali is an iron man & for a 6ft8, 250lb guy he really does move quite well in fairness

I think a fully fit, in shape Chisora could beat Fury but I think Price dominates him.

There is some interesting HW prospects coming up though such as Pulev, Ustinov, Wach, Gerber, Ortiz.
Kelvin Price is interesting, he lacks power but he has good skills for such a giant.

I guess we've just got wait & see who manages to break through.

      IMO

      Number 1 - Wladimir

      ---- Big gap ------

Number 2 - Haye/Vitali - I think Haye would beat Vitali, speed would kill him judging from the Chisora fight.

      ------- Huge Gap --------

      3 - The rest.

Price looks like he has the skillset but he's yet to have a chin check, he was down more than once in the amateurs apparently.

I liked the look of Richard Towers too but apparently he has a chin that compares to Allan Green.

Someone pointed out the other day that Vitali still doesn't have a signature win and when you look through his resume it appears accurate. That is pretty damning. Wladimir at least has Haye.

''so & so was an unmotivated fat ass''

I don't get why the Klitschkos don't get their respect for being so dominant especially when a lot of guys are betting against them & predicting them to lose.

Calvin Brock was undefeated, hyped as the next big thing. (America was raving about him non stop)
Many was saying Solis would beat Vitali, he was too old for the Cuban amateur stand out.

Chagaev was destroying guys and coming off a lot of impressive wins including a beating of Valuev, many predicted he would beat Wlad.

Haye vs Wladimir was a 50/50 I'd say maybe even more said Haye would K.O Wlad.

Eddie Chambers was apparently too fast & slick

Byrd, Barrett, McCline, Thompson, Ibragimov, Hoffman, Rahman.
Herbie Hide was an absolute ferocious puncher who had knocked every guy he had ever faced apart from Bowe who he had out on his feet several times.
I think Hide was predicted to win by K.O

If people/you are predicting they will lose and they keep proving you wrong, why no respect?

I'm sure you can pick faults with many/all the above but at the time, many of those guys was flying not to mention Peter, Johnson & the likes.
One little detail is that Solis crushed Barrett in two rounds, and lost to vitali because of a kne injury.

I quite liked Towers actually but he carries his hands so low. I think it maybe his defense rather than his chin. He is an interesting one though & is fighting for the vacant Euro belt in a few weeks against some guy who I forget but he beat that hypejob Yakup Saglam.

Was there actually any proof of said injury? I'm not sure but a cuffing right hook certainly grazed his temple area & appeared to throw his equilibrium off.

I was glad to hear though Solis plans on keeping active and coming in in better shape, he is very good talent.

                    I agree 100%

Vitali has alwasy been Vitali, but Wlad to me seems to improve with each passing fight and with time have become a technical master with a a++ fysic.
The knock out loose to sanders and browster forced him to learn and perfect his skill.

When i look at the David haye fight was wladimir fighting the perfect fight and with clever technic keeping haye from using eny of his strenghts.

The hospital confirmed a torn rotar in the knee.

Im not saying that solis would have won or enything, im just sayin that it wassent a clear win.
