Comments Thread For: Wladimir Klitschko: Maybe a David Price Fight Will Happen

If we had known it was going to take David Price almost 5 years to get 20fights, then no one would of been surprised at that timetable. Whats surprising is that Price wants to wait another year and a half before he gets a Real Title shot. Nobody cares about the NABF or the BBBoC Championships, so i think its time for Price to man up and fight the Klit Brothers. I love Chirs Arreola but how in the world has he been able to get two opportunities at the Heavyweight Title? David Price wont stop complaining about Tyson Fury even though the Real Heavyweight Champion seems to want to setup a fight between the two. 18 months is a long time to get ready for a man who is already 28 years old.

Absolute garbage. By that logic, Seth Mitchell should be thrown in against Vitali/Wlad ASAP.

Price needs 4/5 more fights before he's ready. He'll defend the British title, vacate, and then go after the European belt.

price still needs at least another 12 months worth of top quality experience before he's ready for the klitschkos.

Price hasnt been properly tested and until then i dont think he should step in against either klitschko. Be good if he could get a decent name on the Khan fight undercard in july to try and get a better understanding of where he's at.

Price has but 13 fights with none of them being against world class opposition. Wladimir should lay off of him for a while, as desperate as he is for a fight.

I agree because these guys simply are just not experienced enough to fight a guy like Klitschko, even if they do have many of the tools it takes to pull off an upset.

Why are the Klits cherry picking inexperienced fighters? You know the division blows when the champ wants a guy with 13 fights. And its not like its a stay busy fight.....terrible.

Price knows he's not ready yet.

He'll be ready in a year or so IMO.

Get some Top 10's under his belt.
