its not like he called Price out for an immediate fight.

He says maybe he'll fight him in the future and he'll see how he develops.

Wlad sees trouble and wants to nip it in the bud before Price gets out of hand.

Theres a couple of classic Klitschko dirty little nuggets in there isn't there?

"Manny thinks he is copying me" - Behave! Frank Maloney wants the second coming of Lennox Lewis not 'The Death Of The Heavyweight Division Part II' staring David Price as Wladimir Klitschko.

"It depends not just on the will of the promoters but on the will of the fighters because there are a lot of fighters who have ducked the chance of meeting me" - Look at him goading! He's started already, 'If Price doesn't fight me now it's because he doesn't have the will'.

My only hope is that Wlad has the courage to fight Price when he's ready for a title shot instead of retiring 'cause it took him a long time to learn to stop being hit by the looping right hands of journeymen. I don't think he'll be able to figure out how not to be hit by the overhand right of a bigger man in the time his career has left.

        Typical Klit behaviour.

Price is nowhere near ready yet but that still doesn't stop the Klits trying to muscle in and fight him whilst he's still yet to truly blossom.

        Unbelievable.

Price can't complain if he signs the contract now and loses, it's his (or his manager's) fault for accepting an offer that is bad for him.

I do not get why people are complaining... If he takes 5 more fights, the Klitschkos may be retired by the time he is 'ready'... Vitali for sure will not be available anymore and Wlad has had some injuries in the recent past... so go for it, it would be a good fight

So you're saying its ok for a champion to pad his record with an inexperienced fighter? So what if the Klits are no longer around, its foolish to take a title fight before you're ready unless you're cashing out, and it does little for a Klit legacy to have so much experience and beat a fighter with so little.

Exactly, the Ks either fight a green Price or Price "waits til they get old". There's an excuse either way. If Price takes it now, bravo! If he waits, no shame in that either. It's odd to fault Wlad though. He's nearing retirement and has no one left to fight. What do people expect of him?

No he can't, but that doesn't make Wlad any less of a cherry picker for even looking for this fight, does it?

Price isn't inexperienced, he's almost 30 and has a strong amateur and olympic background. Nobody complains about Rigondeaux in this way.

I'd prefer to see this fight sooner than later because the Klitschko's might not be around if he waits too long.
