Not necessarily if the intent wasn't there. There is precedence to this and if it such a small trace, then it can be determined he didn't take it on purpose and to help him in anyway. There are so many supplements out there you really need to be careful nowadays.

First, it's "precedent" or "precedents," not "precedence."

Second, if there was precedent for the "I didn't mean to" defense, then it would poke a huge hole in the whole drug testing process. There isn't any meaningful precedent.

Drug test is STRICT LIABILITY. Google it.

testing rules are rules put in by professionals who know what they are doing.
what happens now and how his career goes on is dependent on presentation of facts to commission/s. berto may be cleared in due time, but until facts are clear the ortiz fight really couldn't go on.

According to USADA, clenbuteral is classified as a anabaolic agent.
Does this not apply here?
