Arum trying to make the case that the canceled fights should have gone on despite testing positive for banned substances. Makes no sense.

Second, if there was precedent for the "I didn't mean to" defense, then it would poke a huge hole in the whole drug testing process. There isn't any meaningful precedent.
Drug test is STRICT LIABILITY. Google it.

testing rules are rules put in by professionals who know what they are doing.
what happens now and how his career goes on is dependent on presentation of facts to commission/s. berto may be cleared in due time, but until facts are clear the ortiz fight really couldn't go on.
if you're gonna hate on Berto, then you have to be on the side of the fence that believes he cheated to get an edge on Ortiz
you can't sit here and go "well, even if he did take a tainted substance, he still cheated!!!111"
are you kidding me with this ****?

regardless of the amount found the fact still lies that he has an illegal substance in his body, on the banned list of substances with VADA and CSAC
if CSAC were allow Berto to fight then it would fly against their own drug policy
Does this not apply here?
