Well, i guess he went for tests in the first place cos he was lethargic and felt like an 80 year old. After taking the pellets he felt like BH, so of course they helped him have a tough fight with khan.

It's not a question of him just deciding he wanted testosterone. He didn't know what was wrong, he went to the dr who told him and prescribed the medication. So he naturally said OK. The dr. said nothing about it being banned because he tegards it as being non synthetic. Peterson thought no more about it because it was only a one-time injection, and he's likely had lots of other bloodtesting and needles since.

Every one of his actions shows his innocence of deceit. I've seen Peterson a few times before and he looked the same as usual. khan did a lot more prancing and running around, and looked as if he didn't like the body attack. His pushing was extremely aggressive, as were his elbows and pushing the head down. They looked like forms of attack.

Either Peterson is dumb as a rock or he's just following the excuse that every PED users use after they get caught. How the hell did he not know that the pellet wasn't going to cause him to pop? Ignorance isn't an excuse anymore, specially at this level of professional boxing. Idiot.

LP wasnt that dumb, he knew exactly what he was doing, every cheater have their excuse ready when they get caught, the difference here is we have seen the best and the worst in excuses whenever the try to explain themselves and so far LP is doing a worst job explaining himself, His Dr wasnt dumb enough to make sure his T-levels was just right under the accepted levels of 1.4 (According to reports LP was 1.37)..

Right, I agree. He's not fooling anyone. It's a testosterone pellet for christ's sake, you can't admittedly be that naive about it and not think it won't affect the testosterone level of your body. Yet at the same time he's so informed that he is convinced that the pellet didn't help him gain an advantage to beat Khan. He just said he didn't know what kind of effect it would have!!!

I like how at the end he's all so ready to just put this behind him like it never happened and go on with his "career". Good luck with that.

the testosterone treatment was started to help peterson with fatigue problems during training for the first fight. so whomever says it had no effect on ring performance is a liar.
in any case ignorance does not make peterson innocent.

Even "IF" the testosterone pellets didn't help Lamont Peterson, he still took a banned substance. When Mike Tyson tested positive for marijuana after KOing Andrew Golota, the result of the fight was overturned to a No Contest. Weed, in fact, hinders performance.

Therefore, performance doesn't apply. Khan-Peterson 1 should be overturned to a No Contest.
