For me, It's all about the super fight. The fight a real boxing fan wants to see tha Pac Floyd fight.

But your delusional Boxer would think it was him who only pulled that number when in fact it's a joint effort with 3 other stars.

Canelo (the chosen one of Mexico) pulled in at least 500k on a mexican Holiday

Cotto pulled in 500k he is the people's champ of puerto rico

Mosely anothe 200k he has after all a loyal fan base

That's leaves Floyd 300k(min)-700k(max) ppv buys

Knowing Floyd, he will use this as another road block to his negotiations with PAc. When in fact really a joint effort between stars in a mexican Holiday.

But of course we all know this is another road block to say he gets more..

    Pac vs Bradley

Tim Bradley, who is a very good fighter but doesnt really have any fanbase.

Not to mention a popular attraction like Alvarez vs Mosley will not be on the undercard either, at least as far as I know.

I know you nutjobs like to make believe its not true, but the quality and draw of the opponent effects the amount of PPVs when a 'name' guy like Pac or Mayweather fights.

That said, Pac vs Bradley will make around 1.2ppv-1.3 ppv.

But that's all Pac compared to Floyd who need a ride to get to 1.5ppv.

What I'm driving at is Pac is even the bigger draw now but is willing to give a 50/50 split with Floyd. PAc can command a million up draws with a dance partner that doesn't even have a loyal fan base. He can run the show by himself and gets a million ppv viewers guaranteed.

Their fight is a 50/50 split. More asking from Floyd is another road block coming...

And that my friend is the truth.

Spoon23 is just mad because he knows Manny never is and never will be anything more than the #4 or 5 largest ppv seller in boxing history. WHy that would bother his fans is crazy. Its a great accomplishment. Its just not as good as floyd, which ultimately is why he's crying!

why is it so difficult for floyd fans to accept that 1.5mil wasnt SOLELY floyd's doing???

bob needs to follow suit and stack his cards better. i feel pac/bradley will NEED it.
        exactly. lol

        • Just as I predicted, Floyd ain't big as draw as Pacquiao. I said 1.5m and thats what it did.

Floyd fought the 3rd biggest PPV boxer in Cotto, who just did 600k, he fought on Cinco de mayo, one of, if not the biggest boxing day of the year, he had Alvarez, on the undercard, who is Mexico's next big thing and their Golden Boy plus all the marketing and promotions for this fight.

And Floyd could only do 1.5m buys.

Damn, just replace Floyd with Pacquiao and the event does close to 2m buys.

If Pacquiao vs Bradley does more, it will just be embarrassing for Floyd.

Maybe GBP will have to get Khan on a Floyd undercard in future to help him keep pace with Pacquiao.

Yup the cards helped a lot. Floyd's back-up stars pulled in good numbers.

Sadly Floyd's numbers alone would be in the 500k-700k mark not bad but not good either.

Give it up dude. Manny nevr was or never will be a bigger draw. Floyd will end up #1 and manny #4 or 5. Just be happy that he will end up in the top 5. Given he fights in smaller classes and is filipino, that he got there is great!

Its just not as great as floyd ending up #1.

If that will make you happy your man can pull 1.5ppv numbers alone with no help at all It's ok to be in the bubble. It's nice in there hehe!

be in your world of make believe.

Pacquiao vs Marquez III 1.41m PPV buys

Mayweather vs Ortiz 1.25m PPV buys

Mayweather fought on the bigger boxing day, Mexican Independence day with with Alvarez being the other headliner, and Pacquiao still blow Mayweather's PPV figures out the water.

If Pacquiao does this again with Tim "can sell out a phone box" Bradley, it will just be embarrassing for Floyd.

GBP better start adding Khan and make Floyd's next PPV a triple main event show.

                    • All the people that this event would do close to 2m buys or more.

Can you imagine estimating something and being wrong by 33%, if that was a business the stocks would be taking a nose dive today.

Pacquiao vs Bradley should do about 1.4m, if he does around 1.5m then Pacquiao better start demanding he gets the 60/40 split because he deserves it.
