Floyd is 35 homie. To say he's anywhere close to his prime is ludicrous and he doesnt have his stamina anymore-it's undeniable. And that's what you're comparing manny to(a prime floyd). But Manny has a chance against this version of floyd.

Floyd is not marquez, we don't know if he can time pacquiao. Or if he can do it fast enough before pacquiao puts in the damage.

You can rest assured that the first time pacquiao catches him, and he will catch him- at least once- he's going in for the kill

This is Pacquiao's last big fight and nobody says he can beat floyd. That means you're going to see the same pacquiao that fought morales and barrera. One that refused to lose. And was willing to give his life to prove everybody wrong.

He has no reason to hold back anything for this fight. It's go for broke time.

Pac cant beat Floyds opponents without CWs or after they shot , you missed all that as well , must be the smog and lack of sunshine you freeze in .

Actually hatton was in his best weight when he fought Pac, no CW. Floyd fought hatton at a CW after he had a hard time in the 147. And hatton wasnt shot. He came off of a win over the great mallignagi and people thought he was reborn like Cotto was supposed to be.

Ill find the hatton interveiew for you where he talks about how good he was now after training with mayweather.

Plus JMM throws combinations when he counters. Floyd with his one punch counters isnt likely to be enough.
So just cos JMM does well against Pac dont mean floyd would you are right there,JMM gets all the credit, Floyd gets none. We only credit floyd for beating common opponents with Pac less spectacularly.

You're right Floyd is not JMM, he's BETTER than JMM.

But that didn't stop him from losing to Morales in the first fight.

NEW FLASH: Cotto and Pacquaio are two different fighters...none of their previous fights has nothing to do what will happen when they finally touch em up and fight...

.Cotto fights orthodox,is bigger and stronger, has a better jab....Manny is left handed faster shorter and doesnt have a good jab...its funny how people think because Cotto's jab lands that Manny's left cross will land.

..it comes from two different angles and a jab is faster than a power shot....really shows how much knowledge, or lack thereof, of boxing some people have

              my Prediction: Mayweather wins

why: His length, smarts, and defense....he has more options than Manny, is a ring general supreme and can fight inside outside, bodypunch, counter...you name it he is either good or great at it....I always go with the guy who is more versatile, more often than not they win...Manny isnt the puncher he was below 140, even at that weigh where he has only had one real nasty kayo of Hatton....Manny fights one way and when it is neutralized he struggles or looks befuddled and has lost or had close fights ....there is more to boxing than speed power and workrate...what is he gonna do when Mayw...mixing in fighting inside and outside...the way he looked in the corner against Morales in the first fight and how he looked in the last Marquez fight
              cosigned :chickenboy:wins

epic failure on this analysis my friend......you stated that pac fought fighter who is coming off a lose or had a tough fight and yet pac defeats them easily while floyd against cotto who lost and beaten terribly to pacquiao then comes off a win and yet floyd wasn't able to disposed cotto like pac did and also had the worst performance except the castillo 1 of his career.

Hell just the glove difference could change the outcomes let alone if those fighters were comfortable with the weight fought at. The only comparison you should pay attention to is how certain fighters deal with certain styles. Floyd is fine fighting any style since he's seen it all and can adjust accordingly if he wants. Pac can't adjust for **** and hasn't fought but 1 counter puncher who he can't convincingly beat. Floyd is a bigger, stronger, harder hitting, faster, way bigger reach, and all around better fighter than Marquez. Judah imo is faster, more skilled, and hits harder @ 147 than Pac. Everyone likes to say Floyd ducked this guy and that guy but they fail to mention Pac has ducked any fighter who's slick, has fast hands, can counter punch, or would bully him if they were comfortable at a certain weight. Every fighter since he came from 130 has been cherry picked. Bradley is a live dog if he's not just there for a payday so you Pac fans need to worry about Bradley and then Marquez again before you consider fighting Mayweather.
I feel the exact same way...I hate when people use common opponents like its some form of parameter on how a fight is gonna go.....Mayweather will be the most skilled fight Manny has shared the ring with

....Manny has great speed, combinations, good power and work rate....there is more to boxing than being exciting...Mayweather does everything good or great, Manny is a bit one dimensional, if he cant hurt his opponent consistently or they move on him laterally he looks lost....still a great fighter Mayweather Just beats him, the style Matchup is bad

As a fan of both fighters, I just dont see how Manny beats Floyd outside of a Roy Jones-Antonio Tarver one punch kayo....unless he gets a gift on the cards or something...this is why, people underestimate how tough Mayweather is and the difference in skill set....Mayweather will be one of the only guys he has faced that can match him physically and athletically but also has a higher skill set, also has a longer reach and is physically stronger

If Manny goes for broke, he will land some shots but his power past 140 aint concussive most his stoppages come in the late rounds and he aint hitting Mayweather as many times as a washed up ODLH, or slow as molasses Margarito, anyway he will take a bunch of countershots, jabs and straight rights for his trouble

If he tries to fight from the outside like he does a lil bit better now than his feathweight days, Mayweather will walk him down behind a high guard ala the Ortiz, and Judah fight, Manny dont fight well going backwards, he better stay off the ropes this aint Margarito

both have great stamina and Mayweather has proved time and time again when he has to bite down and get a guy off of him he will...Castillo I, Corley, Augustus, and Cotto fights people forget he has heart too

Manny has a shot but it wont be easy, honestly its an uphill battle IMO
