I think people on here and everywhere should be giving more credit to Miguel Cotto and his trainer Diaz. I think having Diaz in his corner made a big difference. Floyd is not beating Martinez at 154 but he would still roast Pac at 47 because at the end of the day..... Pac can't adjust to counter punchers and is just too open with no defense. I still say Floyd beats Pac up but Martinez.... I can't see Floyd being strong or fast enough to trouble Martinez. Martinez is big, fast and has power and a solid jab and he adjusts in order to win. Mad props and respect to Miguel Cotto. I used to give him a lot of s#!t but no more.

Fighters today make too many excuses when they didn't look as good as they expected. "I injured my left hand, my pinky toe was injured, I didn't wear my favorite socks, I didn't get to choose my glubs, I got a haircut, I was drained..."

Martinez is too big for Floyd or Pacquiao... spare me... Maybe he could fight Bradley should he get past Manny but thats about it...

Mayweather outpointed Cotto by a round, 2 pushing and Cotto was the Champion and the agressor most of the fight. Less put it this way, if we gave those rounds that could of gone either way, Cotto won 6 or 7 rounds. 118 - 110 can kiss my a s s.
If there was no possibility of making the 100 million fight and the fight was not a Mayweather's backyard, this could of easily been a 114-114 with a rematch.
I'm not listening to "my dog ate my homework BS" LESS GIVE SOME CREDIT TO THE CHAMPION, and stop the BS excuses for not winning big time.
What's next, I had my right had tide to my back too??? All this talk after the fight sounds more like a man trying to convince himself and the fans about their lusterless win.

Well.... Pac fans can't really say what Manny would do to Floyd because of this fight because Pac didn't want to fight the Cotto at 154 with Diaz in his corner even though he beat Cotto already 145. Floyd fought and beat Cotto at 154 so if Floyd was willing to move up and fight Corner then why should I believe Manny who can't do it has a chance at beating Mayweather?

And, he has done this before.

After the first Castillo fight. What made that funny is that he kept saying no excuses tonight, I don't want to make any excuses tonight, but......

And, then went on to talking about the shoulder injury. You can't go from you not having any excuses, to a but... and then making an excuse.

Especially when you win. Even if it's legit you won come on It's ridiculous. So imagine if and when this dude losses. It's going to be excuses galore.

Floyd clearly had some sort of cold as he was blowing his nose all week during interviews. I also remember thinking that something may have been wrong with Floyd's hand during one of his live broadcast of him training, It was when he stopped doing the mitts with Roger and went to the body bag, he appeared to hit it a bit too hard at an angle an right after you could clearly see him wince in pain, after that happened I didn't see him throw his left hand with any authority for the rest of that broadcast, I wondered what was up with that! Other people may see it as excuses, but everyone knows Floyd's not one to come up with excuses, especially after a victory, I could see if he had lost, but Floyd was in for a tough fight regardless based on Cotto's style, props for Floyd for not pulling out because he could have then the haters would of really came out..
he threw hellacious left uppercuts with that hand for the last four rounds...

im sure it was injured but it wasnt broken..

he fought well it was a tough fight cotto is a warrior
