The Mamba's gave Gamboa one of the Bentley's and the Cuban fool is now a Money team puppet, without a contract and without any possibilities of fighting for the Team.
Another great example of a waste of good talent.
Then comes the Direll fight, Martinez said very clearly that He is NOT fighting Super middleweights because He's a small middleweight, more of a Jr middleweight and Direll is a full super middleweight. Bottom line is that He's saying that HE won't fight Martinez.
The statement has bad faith purposes for both Gamboa and Martinez.
what's up with all that Cuban fool bs?! fool alone would of been enough bori

You are right but I just don't think its a good move right now. These two have the potential to be future stars and them fighting now isn't good for the sports future. I don't think Broner is ready YET but in a couple years he would be. Plus in the future it is a couple million dollar fight and right now it is a few hundred thousand dollar fight. Of course they can be upset by someone before a potential fight materializes but its not that likely. If GBP can keep Canelo undefeated this long I think they can do the same with Broner. With Mayweather already talking about this fight the hype is starting already, picture it in a couple years.

Arum doesn't control or pick whom Pacquiao fights he and his manager/advisor do the pciking. Arum presnts the available and best money making possibilities. That's what promoters do, make the most money for everybody. They're not fight managers.

Asere, don't take it personal. It doesn't mean that all Cubans are fools, just this one who join the Mayweather team while under contract with lawyer TR who will probably put him on a drawer for the rest of his contract. IF it makes you feel better, we have fools in our Island too.

This is EXACTLY what people were saying before JuanMa fought Salido, verbatim! They said lets see JuanMa and Gamboa build their records up and get more exposure first...well exposure is exactly what happened when JuanMa when was exposed. Even Arum wanted to wait a year or two after JuanMa beat Marquez. Sure enough, that fight went up in smoke, just like many others. Look Gamboa and Broner are not just some prospects, they have already become champs and Gamboa is no spring chicken, he is 30 and at that weight, a fighter can get old overnight, especially after a long amateur career. Now is the time, not later. I've stopped counting how many times I have said that, only to see said superfights fall apart for 5-6 reasons. Waiting is clearly a huge gamble.

Floyd knows that besides Pac, Martinez is the best fight out there. Not saying Floyd's scared by no means but he definitely avoided the Martinez question.

Floyd needs to make the one fight everybody wants, before he can carry any credibility in terms of declaring who should fight whom.

I don't recall Mayweather fighting anybody as dangerous as Gamboa or Broner in his rise to stardom. Notice how eager he is to throw their 0s to the shark...
