Only notable win On Ortiz' resume is obviously Berto. Best win on Berto resume is maybe Collazo in a dead even match...so what did either guy do to be fighting for a title? What makes his paper title he won over a paper champ Berto such a legitimate title?

I think is an interest match up, but Ortiz would come up on top, I think he would KO Canelo by mid rounds.

Ortiz on the other hand quit against Maidana, drawed with Perterson, Had a life and death battle with Berto, who many say suck, and got dirty and got ko'd against Floyd. I like him too but hes a headcase similar to Judah. Million dollar talent 5 cent head
Canelo is a CHAMPION....
Give him time for what??
Why make exceptions for him while other Champs toil in the shadows fighting REAL comp..???
The 154 division should not to be put on hold until that piece of trash gets his shi.t together...fu.ck that.
Either shi.t or get off the pot...

Very smug and pretentious comeback by Canelo, like he's so above everybody now that nobody can talk about him and nobody is worth his time. I first noticed this sense of entitlement he has when he wasn't liking the idea of fighting under Floyd's undercard last time. The kid's ego is through the roof and I don't believe it's warranted for him to feel so mighty right now. Yes he sells tickets and has a big fanbase already, but he hasn't proven much inside the ring thus far.
Or it could also be that he feels salty about Vic's comments. I remember that when Floyd was fighting Ortiz and they asked Canelo to comment on the fight, he said something like, "We will be rooting for Ortiz, go Ortiz!". So hearing Ortiz spout the stuff he did after Canelo was supporting him could have rubbed him the wrong way, which is perfectly understandable.
