Ariza has been on record as saying he hates when Manny jogs long distances rather than the quick sprints he has for him as it doesn't allow his legs to develop the way he wants them to

he said the times he's had cramps are the times when Manny modifies his training to fit in the long runs in the morning he prefers

That is ******ed. So he is saying that long runs built to improve muscle endurance will create cramps in his muscles (which are usually a sign of muscle fatigue due to endurance issues)?

Roach is the biggest hypocrite there is. Is he forgetting when he left Pac to go train Oscar? That was also because of money and Pac was upset at him for a long time.

exactly. ARiza is only good for his information. SO unless he gets some kind of immunity (assuming manny is dirty) then there why would anyone care what he has to say.
