You guys should have known this long ago, remember Victor Conte like two or 3 fights ago was called by Freddie Roach? Roach was trying to eliminate Ariza because Arum told him to and hire Conte.

Conte said it on his twitter a while back that team pacquiao contacted him. Ariza got pissed. Recently Ariza said on his twitter that he would love to train Brandon Rios (who is someone Freddie Roach dislikes badly, because the garcia, rios, and margarito making fun of him)

Why would Ariza knowing full well that Roach and Garcia dont get along want to go to the enemy side and train?

That is ******ed. So he is saying that long runs built to improve muscle endurance will create cramps in his muscles (which are usually a sign of muscle fatigue due to endurance issues)?

he can explain it better than I could ever but the interviews I have done with him he says when Manny does his routines he does not cramp yet when he continues to incorporate the long runs he does
