I've seen a couple people in here say "I want to see Broner's chin tested".....Ummm..? Did you fellas miss the PDL fight? PDL has tremendous power and Broner ate his punches pretty well. So, I think at the very least Broner has proven he has a decent chin.

Also, people keep saying they want to see him tested, so Eloy Perez wasn't a test? Perez has tremendous boxing skills, and Broner outclassed him, then crushed him. And, funny thing is before hand the whole boxingscene staff was split right down the middle I beleive on who was going to win that fight, I even saw someone picking Perez by KO, now that doesn't count?

Afterwards people were saying Broner was way bigger, how so? Him and Perez are both legitimate Jr LW's. Yes, Perez was SHORTER but that doesn't really equate to very much. If you're the better fighter, and you have a good gameplan you'll win usually. That's not what happened, Broner handled him with ease. I'm no Broner fan but when I see things being said that make absolutely no sense to me, I have to comment.

I'll be honest, after seeing Broner struggle with PDL, I thought he was a decent fighter who was just immitating Mayweather, and when the Litzau fight was happening, It was a toss up to me. My jaw hit the floor when I saw a completely different fighter then the one who fought PDL.

Then, when the Perez fight was happening I picked Broner by 4th or 5th round KO I beleive (It's in my post history), and I was shocked at how many people were underrating Broner going into that fight. Yea, the kid is flamboyant, and the kid comes across as a Mayweather wannabe, but in his last few fights I think he's proven himself to be more then just hype, by far. Also, people have to understand this kid is 22 years old, he has plenty of time to have the big fights, what's the rush? I'm sorry, but anyone who doesn't see his skill and talent and how far along he is at such a young age either just dislike him, or are blind. That's just my two cents on Broner as a whole.

Why is Broner is trying so hard to be like another man, why not just be yourself bro. Thats "the Problem". I give his athletic abilities and power respect but as a man he is just a follower and that gets 0 respect.

Broner is too fast and too defensively sound for Salido, and then he also has the size advantage on top of that. Salido will probably look at Ponce vs Salido to create a gameplan off of it, but Broner is growing and learning quickly, he's getting better and looks more calm with every fight.

No, No Broner's chin has never been tested nor has he ever had to dig deep or battle back, Broner was never shook or shaken in the PDL fight and after the first few rounds PDL got tired and Broner pot shotted. PDL is pretty much a bum now anyways, a good puncher but not elite by any means. Eloy Perez is a bum! Nuff said. You talk about him being 22 well he will be 23 by the time he gets in the ring after his next fight against a bum. Floyd was moved at a way faster pace then Broner in regards to the level of competition Broner is fighting bum after bum, Canelo is just 21 and hes an example of someone being moved at a proper pace to become a superstar..

seriously, canelo should not be your example. his resume is hardly better than broners and hes been a pro and a champ for much longer.

Dude, I'm sorry but if you actually believe what you just said you're extremely ignorant. You just said it yourself bro!! You said "Broner was never shaken in the PDL fight" EXACTLY!! He was never shaken and PDL is a huge puncher, therefor he has at the very least a decent chin.

Canelo?! Really?...Alvarez has 40 professional bouts under his belt bro, Broner only has 23 fights, big difference. And, up until now with Canelo facing Mosley, Eloy Perez is better then anyone on Canelo's resume and I'm sure anyone on here would agree, you might be able to make a case with Cintron but that's it. Perez was undefeated and had beaten decent competition, so what are you on about? Admit it, you just don't like Broner. So, you mean to tell me PDL is a bum? Litzau is a bum? Perez is a bum?...Dude, there's no point arguing with you 'cause you know f.uck all about boxing, plain and simple.

wtf are u talking about? Canelo is 21 years old! he's fought Cintron, Gomez, Rhodes, Hatton, Baldomir, Cotto, Herrera, Vasquez, and soon Mosley! That resume is quite impressive for a 21 yo kid! Broner's busy fighting no name bums, and Canelo is setting his portfolio up to be across the ring from Floyd Mayweather in the near future. These fighters have to have goals, Floyd's goal since he was 22 or 23 was to beat De La Hoya, Canelo's goals is to beat Floyd Mayweather, Broner's goals are fighting bums and saying that decent fighters are not on his level, well hes in for a rude awakening...
