Rios was Abrils ***** for the full fight, all judges should be made to explain themselves and then sacked, Arum clearly paid them off he should have his promoters license taken away. Disgrace to the sport.

Referee Vic Drakulich looks like John Kerry. He did a lousy job refereeing and let Abril hug and hold Rios' hands way too much. Maybe Abril wanted to give Rios a kiss? Damn!

The judges need to be scrutinized for their incompetence this evening. Rios was drained and fought very sluggish. Abril on the other hand was fresh throughout the fight had GREAT lateral movement and imo could've fought at LEAST 5 or 6 more rounds at the pace he clearly set. He kept the futile charging Rios at bay with notable crisp rights set up by accurate jabs and every time Rios got inside Abril was all arms and Rios had no answer. The decision was a travesty and any true fan would give it up for Abril - he won the fight hands down.
the judges aren't incompetent a lot of the fights are fixed.

Clinching was just fine when Molina was slow-dragging with Kirkland all night..

                    Now it's OK..

You don't have to accept a clinch...it takes two to make a clinch..

I hope that Abril will be able to improve his stock with his performance... I think Rios was totally exposed, he did nothing to effectively cut off the ring or land any effective scoring punches. Abril stuck the jab in his face time after time and Rios completely abandoned his and just followed Abril around

Rios is in a really uncomfortable position right now. Abril laid out the blueprint on how to beat him, frustrating him with effective, basic boxing, dictating the pace and keeping a distance. Rios canīt make 135 any more, he said heīs moving up... I say at 140 there are a number of dudes that have the same speed as Abril, and more power. I feel at one point Bam Bam is gonna be exposed by a technical 140 pounder in the same way Arthur Abraham was exposed at SMW by Froch and Ward.
