People want to see Pac versus Bradley quite bad, so i doubt pacs irrelevant.
Floyd was irrelevant when he retired so it makes sense that Pacquiao is irrelevant now that he is retired.... O wait.... ROFL he has a fight coming up doesn't he?!!

        LOL!!!!!

Man. If I want to feel better about myself, just hit the boxingscene forums. Ignorant pricks abound.

Struggled with Margarito? He beat him to a pulp and left him with a permanent eye injury.

Knocked down by Mosley... whom Pacquiao dominated, and Mosley tripped him. Any elite fighter goes into survival mode, they will be hard to get to. Fact. Look at how long Cotto - more beaten up than Mosley - survived after he went into survival mode against Pacquiao.

Lost to Marquez? Compubox, won most rounds. Scorecards, won. He "lost" only in that he failed to dominate. He still won the fight. Sadly most idiots are unable to see past his failure to dominate Marquez.

Morons. Thanks for cheering me up with your mentally ******ed perspectives.

I wouldn't say he's irrelevant to boxing, he's where he is because of boxing and you can't talk boxing without bringing up both Pacquiao and Floyd. The thing is, Pacquiao's last 6 fights were pretty much crap, well except for the trilogy where they jobbed JMM.

Pacquiao was supposed to be this exciting superman of boxing. Floyd, on the other hand, was the "boring" one. Judge their last 5 or 6 fights and that has changed drastically.

its become harder and harder to say pac is the good guy exciting fighter. and for him, that hurts. floyd has also looked pretty good as of late, so theres been more and more of a shift in the boxing world towards floyd. but who knows, it might shift again, i wouldnt be suprised. but for rite now, its clear that floyd is on top. if he beats cotto as decisively as most think on may 5th, i think it'll be more apparent.

It's not hard to understand that the only thing that was keeping Pac relevant was the thought of him beating Floyd. The day Pac walked away from him to fight Clottey, Margarito, Mosley and so on.... he has become irreverent...

if bradley will be just another scared boxer and step in the ring not to win but to survive just like pac's recent opponents, pac needs to retire. floyd da best will never have balls to fight pacman who has been terrorizing all these folks.

it's unfair to the paying public. paying opponents who are terrified to fight is a waste.
