If Solis looks good in his comeback there is no reason Vitaly shouldn't rematch him.

I totally agree, but Vitali said already he won't keep on fighting for too long. If Solis is ready for a rematch at the time Vitali is 41 or 42 I won't blame him for retiring.

And I still think it's totally different from the Lewis fight.

Well Solis did say he wants a Klit as soon as possible. If his knee is healed and he looks decent there is no reason this fight shouldn't get made soon.

If Vitaly retire before fighting Solis again it means he is scared and blatantly ducking him. He saw the skills Solis brings into the ring and wants no part. A freak knee injury is the only thing that stopped Odlanier from winning that fight.

Absolutely. Manny is a congressman and finds the time to fight, so should Vitaly. Especially when the only thing that stopped Solis from winning that fight was an unfortunate freak injury. I had Solis winning 4/6's of that first round and the knockdown shouldn't have counted because it was his knee going out and not a punch that put him on the canvas. The fight should have been declared a no contest. There is no blueprint to beat Solis...his opponents have to pray for fortuitous injuries to occur to him to get the win.

Too bad the punch was landed and the fight was scored the way its suppsoe to be.

Sure there is a good reason not to rematch him. He knocked him out in the first round and he has other fighters to face in his limited time he continues to fight. the Lennox situation was completely different. I can't believe you even responded to our posts.

This is what is commonly known as an ASSumption. It has no factual proof, just guess work.

That's an educated guess based on the original punch hurting Solis so bad, Vitali's stoppage track record and Solis being basically out on his feet to a point to where he couldn't even get his uninjured foot under him. Vitali would've put that dude in the grave.
