I believe Chavez Sr's resume is slighty superiour.

I also believe he would beat Pac.

The troll is strong in this thread. Again, let's move on to the better match up. pac on ariza's shoulders vs ali. i think manny "fastest hands ever seen with tyson power" pacquiao takes it. I mean he beat de la hoya! And margarito bro! Margarito! Floyd ducked him so you know he's good.
              lmao!.....

I'n terms of greatness I'd lean on Chavez but it's close.

In terms of H2H I'd lean on Pacquaio but it would be one hell of a fight.

You're just as stup*d as the PAC fans who say PAC easily.

I'm only giving PAC a slight edge on this one, I'd like to see this fight take place at 140lbs. I see PAC getting an early lead on the scorecards, as Chavez is notoriously known for being a slow starter.

I like PAC for several reasons, his stamina is just as great if not better than Chavez. I think PAC has more explosiveness on both hands, definitely has a speed advantage, and PAC's movement will throw off Chavez Sr.

It's safe to say PAC and Taylor have comparable speed, where PAC shines is in his footspeed and to most people, many still see PAC as a wild slugger, but, I think PAC is alot more accurate than Taylor. And add to the fact that PAC is a southpaw!

And, one big thing too is, Chavez has a great left hook, but, PAC defends against it so well.

This is outrageous with people pretending to think Chavez > Pac. When it came to the fights with the big boys, Pac trumps Chavez, no contest. Chavez always made hard work with any name that was put in front of him.

Chavez trumps Pac with his amount of wins though. You have to be fair and see it for what it is.
