Pacman is the more natural fighter at welter weight and his skin is tougher, pacman also has a stronger punch but Marquez still schooled him. Judging a fighter by his face is not a judging criteria for the scorecards, if that is the case then Clottey beat pacman when he fought him.
If my opinion was worthless you wouldn't be getting your panties in a bundle about it
dave moretti, glenn trowbridge, harold lederman and myself saw pacquiao force marquez to backpedal all night long. thats ring generalship.
we saw pacquiao repeatedly connect on marquez even as marquez was backtracking and trying to get away. thats effective punching and effective aggression.
we also saw pacquiao transform marquez' face into an unrecognizable mess - which means his punches were hurting marquez far more than vice versa- this is of course, also evident in the fact that marquez backpedalled all night
ill give marquez credit -he did win about 3 or 4 rounds - but his tactics can only fool naive and wishful fans - not actual judges.Comment

If I am not mistaken one of those judges saw it a DRAW correct? Forcing someone to back peddle is not ring generalship that is just pressuring. Ring generalship is what marquez and mayweather do, that is, using the ring for your advantage.
It's ok man don't worry Manny had cramps that night just like in their FIRST FIGHT.

Yup, my thoughts exactly. This is by no means worth a PPV buy but I'll still tune in via stream. I hope Marquez and Rios both lose. Rios likes to make fun of people with diseases so let's see how he looks after he gets KO'd.Comment

Forcing someone to back pedal is ring generalship - it shows they are afraid of your power as marquez most definitely was - categorize it however you like, but its a factor.
ring generalship aside, pacquiao still landed the far better punches - on a backtracking target as well which is especially impressive - marquez' constant back pedalling and swollen face are a testament to thatComment
