martinez was avoided, calzaghe was avoiding. big diffrence.

what matters more is that once martinez did start fighting the best he put together a resume far superior to that of calzaghe.

martinez fought macklin and barker bcuz he couldnt get anyone better, unlike calzaghe who could have fought chad dawson in wales but chose to have a exhibition with roy jones' corpse instead.

Couldn't get anyone better? He has a line out the door at middleweight and junior middleweight ready to fight him tomorrow, but he's too busy trying to fight Floyd and Pacquiao.

And LMAO at Martinez having a better resume than Calzaghe. I don't even like the guy and that's a joke.
