You can make an outside argument for #3 and maybe #2 but I agree he doesn't deserve the top slot. Maybe I'm giving Martinez too much credit but he gets my #1 for moving up and absolutely flattening a feared pound for pounder in Williams and an undisputed champ who had never lost at 160 before (Pavlik). He then beat arguably the best junior middle (via KO) in a dominating performance and has KO'ed two other contenders in dramatic fashion. The winner of Lee-Chavez next to boot. Mayweather gets my vote for #2 but that has more to what Pacquiao has done (or hasn't done, I should say) lately. And I thought he lost to Marquez. He hasn't done much since beating Cotto as you said.Comment
