I agree with this. All he does is backpedal and pot shot his way to victory, that's probably why Pacman still consistently beats Mayflower in PPV sales.

            Interesting list.

No one will agree with it, I know. But those guys have been winning consistently for a long time.

They are 1 and 1A so it really doesn't matter who is on top. Let them settle it in the ring.

Pac hasn't accomplished anything since beating Cotto at 145..... Nothing he has done warrants him to be #1, #2 or #3.

You can make an outside argument for #3 and maybe #2 but I agree he doesn't deserve the top slot. Maybe I'm giving Martinez too much credit but he gets my #1 for moving up and absolutely flattening a feared pound for pounder in Williams and an undisputed champ who had never lost at 160 before (Pavlik). He then beat arguably the best junior middle (via KO) in a dominating performance and has KO'ed two other contenders in dramatic fashion. The winner of Lee-Chavez next to boot. Mayweather gets my vote for #2 but that has more to what Pacquiao has done (or hasn't done, I should say) lately. And I thought he lost to Marquez. He hasn't done much since beating Cotto as you said.
