he's still young but he takes a lot of punches,i was really surprised they matched him up against this guy because he's really not that good but has decent power and gives it his all,i thought they would match linares against a guy with no power and little boxing skills this way his fight with deMarco is almost guaranteed,but against a guy who has above avg power against a guy who really can't take power isn't a good idea,forget about thompsons skills because he has none,but it's his power that made this a risky fight and even if he would have won it would have still left questions and even make demarco more confident in winning again,i don't see linares ever hanging in with the big punchers in the division,he could be winning a fight but little by little the punches will get to him
