If that's the case, than if Floyd fights Sergio at 154 lbs, Floyd shouldn't get any credit for that, because Sergio would be going down from 157/158 to 154.
Dont going throwing numbers you dont understand , the most import fact is that Pac " forced 145 " or NO FIGHT , if you think it didnt matter because a year earlier he weighed 146 and looked like crap then Team Pac obviously thought it did matter , a lot , and logic says , that if they were prepared to " walk out " of the fight if they didnt get it , then they must have concluded they could not win without it !, there is no other answer !

And the proof of all that is , is he just walked out on the same " man " because he could not CW him again , your proof is right there !!!! , you really dont have a solid leg to stand on because your arguing innuendo and opinion and disregarding the meat in the sandwich .

        So the answer is no.
Guzman did all he could do get a Pac fight. Even wrote a Goddamn letter. And, in return Pac went to go fight an unnecessary rematch(which BTW it would be what Pac-Cotto II would be now) against Barrera instead of the highly rated title holder in Guzman.

Pac ducked Guzman....It's laughable to say Pac ducked Cotto though.

Pac did duck Cotto, he refused to fight him at his real weight.

145 was not why Pac beat Cotto. 146 was not why Floyd beat Marquez. 154 would not be why Floyd could beat Sergio.

The only interesting thing about Pac fighting Bradley and not Cotto at 147 is that it seemed like Bradley was the last resort for a fight, and like Arum and Pac didn't really want the Bradley fight. It seemed like the last resort really.

Yeah I forgot when writing a letter to get a fight and if you don't it's a duck. That is like a guy calling some guy out in an interview and not getting the fight and calling it a duck.

No offer,no fight.Weather it was a business decision or not it's far from ducking somebody.

It wasn't Soto, they never fought.

Are you talking about Mike Anchondo? Barrios lost to Rocky Juarez

Barrios was a tough fighter though. But, a garbage ass scumbag human being.

Thats what the fanboys dont get , to them a win is a win even though they only got it because of the handicap , and the proof is Pac refuses point blank to fight Cotto without a CW , its gots to mean they dont think they can beat him without it or they would fight and beat the man at any weight ,,,,,,, its pure logic , its check mate , now way out !
